Demand Policies

Demand Policies

Introduction

Magic Media policies and guidelines provide essential recommendations and best practices for effective mobile advertising. Advertisers, agencies, ad networks, and demand representatives using Magic Media media-selling technologies must adhere to these guidelines for their ad campaigns.
By utilizing Magic Media services, partners automatically agree to comply with the rules outlined in these policies and in Magic Media Privacy Policy. Any breach of these rules may result in immediate creative rejection, suspension, or other actions at our sole discretion. Advertisers are accountable for the accuracy of their creatives, including linked content and advertised operations and sales.
We reserve the right to modify the guidelines in Demand Policies as deemed necessary. Please be aware that it is your responsibility to stay informed about policy and regulatory changes. We recommend periodically reviewing these guidelines to ensure you are up to date.
